What’s new:
- Free Verified Membership for Hosts. Couchsurfing Hosts are the backbone of the community and we firmly believe that hosts should not have to pay to get the most out of Couchsurfing. Now, every time you host, you will earn 3 months of Verified membership. Read more about how it works.
- 24/7 Priority Support. We have extended our coverage so that the Couchsurfing Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a Verified member, you’ll receive priority for all the Support questions you send.
- Government ID Verification. In addition to verifying that your phone number and address are legitimate, Verified members now have the ability to confirm their identity by verifying government-issued documents such as an identification card, a passport, or a driver’s license.
