Postcard Contest: Show us why you love Couchsurfing for the chance to win $100!

Draw or design a compelling image that represents a favorite moment you’ve had while Couchsurfing, or that shows what Couchsurfing means to you!

We’re looking for new designs for the Couchsurfing postcard we send to Verified members to confirm their address. We want the postcard to represent and celebrate the Couchsurfing Community – so who better to design it than you?

The Couchsurfing Team and the community together will pick the three winning designs. Each winner will receive $100 and their submission will be featured on the postcard!

To Enter

Email your submission to social@couchsurfing.com with the subject “Postcard Contest Submission”. In the body of the email, please include a caption or the story behind the design, your name, and a link to your Couchsurfing profile!

Email submissions by April 5, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST to qualify.

Before submitting your design, be sure to read the contest’s Terms and Conditions!

How to Win

Design a beautiful postcard that represents Couchsurfing. Your submission could be a photograph, drawing, painting, etc – if it fits on a postcard, we’d love to see it!

Once the submission deadline has passed, the Couchsurfing Team will pick their favorite submissions. Then, we’ll post our favorites to Facebook so that the Couchsurfing community can vote on the final winners! The top three submissions will each receive $100 and be featured on the postcard sent to Verified members to confirm their address.

Qualifications

As the winning designs will be featured on our postcard, all submissions must be horizontal. The postcards are 6.25 x 4.25 inches (1875 x 1275 px) with a green banner across the top. The submission should be 6.25 x 3.59 inches (1875 x 1076 px) to account for the banner.

If the winning image is a different size, unfortunately the image may have to be cropped to fit properly. Any submission smaller than the above will be disqualified.

As with any contest, all submissions must be in line with all of Couchsurfing’s values. There is a limit of one submission per person.
